Bamboo products play key role in traditional crafts. However, they are often made in fixed style. When creators take part in the creative process, bamboo craft takes in contemporary perspectives and breaks away from conventional shape of utensils. The floral patterns dotted on the work, complementing the openwork on the sides to display lightness and vividness. The tough and dyed bamboo battens become the three-dimensional weaving thread and redefine the role of bamboo braiding.
