Mr. Shi-Xiong Su has been involved in ceramic creation for more than 30 years. His greatest contribution is the creation of the complex ""glaze carving"" technique. According to the colors of the pattern design, layers of glaze are applied, and various tools are used to grind out the required color layers and forms, which is then kiln-fired at 1230℃ for more than 15 hours.

His works are endowed with modern visual beauty, sometimes magnificent, sometimes elegant, sometimes mysterious, and sometimes transparent. Their variety and richness in texture is a great innovation in Taiwanese ceramic craftsmanship.
