Exhibition Profile

From a microscopic viewpoint, we observe the elements coming out of nature to gather inspiration, and cultivate our hands and hearts on metalworking and ceramics. We hope to make breakthroughs by unbinding the original framework, forging the two-dimensional metal into three-dimensional winding forms.

We introduce innovative concepts and designs in traditional ceramics. With bright colors and versatile modeling, we hope to usher in brand new visual impacts on the popular life aesthetics for the public to take in the resonant value of crafts art and craftsmanship. We wish the exhibition would help promote the creativeness of the crafts art.

Zeng siang-syuan

I learn about nature through ceramics. I introduce innovative ideas and designs into traditional pottery, breaking the original framework, giving people a new visual impression with bright colors and a variety of forms.

Liao wei-chi

I work my hands and forge my mind into peaceful state. I use metal to forge creative forms, elevating the two-dimensional metal to three-dimensional winding forms. There are tens of millions of hammer strikes and beautiful fire burned marks meticulously left on my works, which accentuate the spirituality level of crafts creation.
