This exhibition is named after "Shito•Shito". Shito(糸: pronounced as Mi in Chinese) is interpreted as a thin thread in the text. When French crochet embroidery is in progress, the arrangement of the threads is as delicate as silk; Shito also looks like a shiny beads in the oracle bone inscriptions, and this arrangement follows different patterns to embroider different works.
There is a subtle internal interaction between the vision of the embroidery and the viewer. Living in a crowded city often requires relaxation of oneself and the soul. The process of embroidery is also a kind of self-healing and spiritual improvement. It is hoped that embroidery can convey the healing pleasure of hand feeling. At the same time, it also conveys the beauty of the warmth of hand-making to the viewer.
Different graphic representations not only activate the vitality of traditional crafts and techniques, add more creativity and unlimited extension, but also give traditional crafts new life and create uniqueness that highlights the beauty within oneself.
