The “2026 Taiwan Craft Academy – Summer Youth Craft Talent Training Camp Exhibition” brings together the creative works of 81 young participants, showcasing their learning and creative journeys across a diverse range of craft disciplines, including lacquerware, fiber arts, metalworking, woodworking, ceramics, and bamboo craft. By integrating digital technologies such as AI-generated design and 3D printing with traditional craft practices, the exhibition presents the younger generation’s innovative visions for everyday life, design, and the future.

The exhibition will be on view from September 18 through November 1 on the first floor of the Local Craft Gallery at the National Taiwan Craft Research and Development Institute. Through this presentation, the exhibition provides continued visibility for the young creators’ learning processes and creative achievements, inviting the public to engage with and discover the evolving possibilities of craft. It also offers an opportunity to witness the passing down of Taiwan’s craft traditions across generations and their continued development toward a sustainable future.
