Since February 2001, Taiwan Crafts Center, National Taiwan Craft Research Institute, operates under the Council for Cultural Affairs of Executive Yuan has been moved to 9-10F, No.20 , Nanhai Road, from the building of Hsing - Sheng Daily News. In the future, we will endeavor to achieve out goal of elevating the standard of everyday life and improving the cultural environment.
After moving to the new address, in addition to sponsoring all sorts of exhibition, we aim to extend our service objectives from consumers to artist, designers, students, manufacturers, etc, We aspire to develop into an exchange center for designers, artists, and the people in communicating their ideas and acquiring new knowledge.
In the future, we will launch on a series of new projects, such as the provision and analysis of domestic and foreign knowledge, sponsoring seminars, symposiums, exhibition for crafts promotion, international forum, National Crafts Award, crafts studio, workshop, etc, We sincerely hope that it is not only the window of National Taiwan Craft Research Institute in Taipei, but also a cultural show ground that provides all sorts of facilities for people to visit, wander, and even understand craft culture.
